Here are two shooting drills that I use very often as part of my player development workouts.
The “First 45” shooting drill is one that I include in almost every single workout that I do. It can be a great way to get the athlete some reps early, work on their shooting mechanics, and teach some shooting concepts implicitly. Enjoy!
The “Fire 7” shooting drill is one that I use sparingly to end my sessions on a competitive note. This can be a great way to quickly challenge a player and test their focus late in a workout.
